1. Introduction & Acceptance

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account with zz664, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the zz664 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zz664 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses awarded, and withhold any pending winnings pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

zz664 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address — before making withdrawals or at any other time at zz664's reasonable request. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zz664 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zz664 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact zz664 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Account Currency

All zz664 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. zz664 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. zz664 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳150 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance where a positive balance exists. zz664 will notify you via the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zz664 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. zz664 does not accept cash deposits or payments via bank cheque.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳500 via card (Visa, Mastercard).
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification status. Contact support for current limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via mobile money; ৳1,000 via card.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction; ৳500,000 per 24-hour period (subject to verification level).

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your zz664 wallet within seconds of the mobile money transaction being confirmed. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. zz664 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which zz664 accepts no liability.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by zz664's payments team before being processed. Standard withdrawal requests to mobile money wallets under ৳50,000 are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Larger withdrawals, first withdrawals, or withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to 3 business days. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a standard anti-fraud measure, zz664 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative — additional verification will be required.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

zz664 maintains robust AML procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that triggers zz664's AML monitoring systems may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. zz664 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to a zz664 account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by zz664 are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the offer terms. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

zz664 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using two or more accounts acting in concert to exploit a promotion; placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and any other conduct that zz664 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, zz664 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the offending accounts.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the time period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds after expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the zz664 platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform. zz664 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL T20, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are fixed unless otherwise stated in the applicable rules.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of acceptance. zz664 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event. Any bets placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be void and the stake returned.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees, outstanding wagering requirements, or amounts under investigation) will be refunded to your designated BDT payment method within a reasonable period. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

12.3 Account Closure by zz664

zz664 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required by applicable law or regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by zz664 due to a breach of these Terms, zz664 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zz664's operations. zz664 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and access from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of your account, you must contact zz664 support at [email protected] in the first instance. zz664 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, zz664 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.
